Eventual clarification requests about SELECTION phase must be presented no later than 22th September 2017, by using the specific form. Requests of clarification being presented after the established term will not be considered as valid. A summary of the requests and the related answers will be published in this webpage in anonymous form within 13th October 2017.

The perimeter of intervention area includes several areas all involved in the masterplan. Should areas of the implementation plan required for RU be the same of masterplan or could it become different by excluding some parts?

According to tender point 3.1 “…perimeter is to be considered as mere indication and could be object of different proposals, necessary for the correct functioning of the settlement and its relations with the existing context.”

In case of Gross Usable Surface (Superficie Utile Lorda, SUL) to be transferred, how will the equalization be applied? Should the areas be already indentified and specifically involved in the project proposal?

According to tender, it’s enough to suppose the transfer of SUL, defining its quantity up to a maximum of 20,000 sqm (see point 3.2), without a specific indentification of ATt areas. The cost of SUL transfer can be omitted in the economical financial plan (see also R10).

Will the next implementation plan be public or private?

The goal of competition is to select masterplan proposals that will provide a reference for next implementation plan needed for Urban Planning Regulation. The subsequent detailed implementing rules are not defined by tender.

Is it necessary to set up at this stage a list of areas to be expropriated?

No it isn’t.

In case of Gross Usable Surface (Superficie Utile Lorda, SUL) transfer, is the project of the entire ATa/ATt area required?

No it isn’t (see also R7).
